My name is Robert Xeno I own Earth Hertz Studios and would love to discuss how we can work together on some of your recording projects.

The studio is well equipped and specifically set up for mixing and overdubs. However, we also track selected bands and the sound of our intimate woody live room is compelling. I have over 45,000 hours in Hollywood studios engineering and producing and can bring a myriad of coolness to any project. High-strung, low key, mellow, or bombastic, we have a little of each in the tool box and can bring out as needed.

I am a miner of a producer, looking for that gem quality found in the artist not manufacturing it in my lab. I'm happy to help, I can blabber on about just about any musical concept. But, I love to sit back, be the fan, and get it on tape (oops, ok tape is formed through oxidation, digital memory is formed through secret magical manipulations creating the illusion of persistence and thereby foiling any understanding of the impacting transformation to speak of. Or... I call it tape, I don't care what or how it is "recorded") :)

We can record live, in your studios, in the band's rehearsal room, or in our facilities. We can be involved from pre-production to release, or simply get in the mix at the end of the process.
You can bring your pre-existing Pro Tools sessions to our studio, or upload them to our servers and we can work remotely with you on the mixes.

We have had inundating floods of emotions, uncharacteristic sudden loss of ego, incoherent mentally constipating ignorance of thought, and a confusing malaise that can only be attributed to the spongiant pie surrounding said tweeter.

The original Blitz 4 song EP was recorded in .... on ..... by ...... The 1/4" tape was transferred in-house to Pro Tools and balanced for volume and tone. The tape itself was in very good condition and did not require repair or noise reduction techniques.

The tape itself was in very good condition and did not require repair or noise reduction techniques. Painfully, a more recent mix that had gone to CD was included IN THE MIDDLE of the playlist. This was the only difficult aspect to this wonderful project.

This wonderful project is one dear to the hearts of all of us here at Earth Hertz. Having personally been involved with many Hooker live performances in the 1980's, I was ecstatic to find that ShroomAngel head Rich Patz had gotten all of the musicians and producers to forgive if not forget past indulgences and allow us to finally put together the album Hooker and Hooker fans alike have waited far too many years for.

These tracks smoke. Rhythm section of Randy Meers and Robbi Hodge. Guitar work by David Howland and Robert Hampton. This is truly Texas Rock at its finest.

The Haji Project
With over two thousand pounds of masters to go through we have our hands full for some time to come with this project.

The Haji Mobile Truck was a legendary part of music history that traveled all over Amerika recording many of the stars of the 70's and 80's.
This project has a book and a documentary coming out and will be a beautiful statement about the producers, engineers, artists, venues, and record companies that made the Haji experience part of music lore.

Much more to come on this subject. Currently bringing a website online to collect stories and interact with those that were fortunate enough to be a part of The Haji history.
